Feel Better About Yourself - Simple Steps to Take

I think we have all been at a stage where we feel helpless, defeated, and we feel bad about ourselves.
Sometimes, it is really hard to even get out of bed! I have written several tips to help keep you going, and get you motivated in the morning.
The first thing that you should do when you wake up is think about who you love, and who loves you.
Is it your family, your friends, your dog? The next thing is to mentally think about what are you excited about in your life.
Even when you are at your rock bottom, there is something that will make you happy.
Next, think about your past and try to remember the accomplishments that you have had in your life.
What have you done that has made you proud of yourself? After this, you should try to remember how you felt when you accomplished these tasks.
How did you breathe, feel about yourself, and what did you smell? Once you remember these past emotions, you will start to feel a little bit better, and you should know that you will be able to replicate these emotions again.
The next thing to do is right down a to do list, and do at least one thing in the day that will help you towards your goals.
Also, remember that no matter how bad your life seems at the moment, there are millions of other people around the world who would love to be in your position.
